Stone Tech installs waterproofing systems on above-grade decks to prevent water intrusion into the living space beneath. The company offers two systems: ALX Waterproofing, which includes surface preparation, primer, waterproof coating, decorative finish, and a UV-resistant sealer; and MACoat, a fiber-lath reinforced underlayment engineered for elevated concrete and reinforced plywood decks that allows water vapor to pass through while shedding liquid water from the surface. Both systems are available for residential and commercial applications and can be finished with decorative textures, colors, and patterns.
